nicely packed, works well however the app is a mess firstly it wants not only a complete personal biography but access to just about everything on your phone / tablets and that's before you begin the fight to get it to connect.the charger / holder seems ill designed as they are the same unit, needs to be mounted on a flat vertical surface to hold the brush but needs to be flat on a horizontal surface to charge it.the other issue is the availability of brushes for the x pro (the blue ones) apart from one seller here on amazon absolutely no one sells these not even on the makers site so we are all very much at their mercy on stock and price, contrary to some reports these don't work with philips sonicare brushes so the only possible alternative is to scour auction sites for low quality generic brusheads for "oclean"i would have liked to have seem some alexa integration too (and someone to teach alexa how to pronounce oclean as anyone whose asked alexa "wheres my stuff" after ordering one will know) as the upcoming oral b smart brush includes it as standard (it has an alexa unit in its base)

Bought this to replace my Oral B electric which I was finding wasn’t cleaning my teeth well after seeing the good review on C4 Gadget Show. Great electric toothbrush with “sonic “ action rather than a rotating head, works in conjunction wit an app though you don’t need to use this, can be controlled on the brush. Very good ,my teeth feel very clean and will be replacing the families electric toothbrushes with this brush

Great product 👍This toothbrush is fab & deserves more than a five star rating, I’m not kidding either.The battery lasts over 2 weeks brushing twice a day, 3 mins per time.My teeth have never been so clean, it knocks the spots off Oral-B, it even tells you if you’ve missed bits & gives you a brushing score at the end, it’s ace, I love it.

I almost returned this as I went to charge it for the first time and no matter how I stood it in the charge base etc it just wouldn't charge. It turns out you have to use the micro USB lead provided, you can't use just any micro USB lead.Now my toothbrush is charging I'm very happy as I love the product and I didn't really want to be without it.I had been using the oral B electric brush before and this toothbrush knocks it out of the water.I love the colour touchscreen with the choices of background.I love the magnetic holder on the wall, helps reduce clutter around the sink a bit.I love the range of colours it comes in.I love everything about it, I just cant fault it.

Absolutely fantastic toothbrush! Had before few philips diamondshi* but they always broke after max 8 months. So I thought I will give a try to this oclean X. Must say I'm really impressed, very high quality, light in weight and cleans so well that I ordered another one for a Christmas gift. Lots of brushing options, colour screen, waterproof and many, many more...Try it, You won't regret!

I've had 3 Philips Sonicare in last 5 years, too expensive and not last long, Xiaomi made this in very good price, (more then half price compared to Phillips) and so far after a year still running, battery life is very good, charging time vert good, lots of settings for everyone, from sensitive to strong, happy customer

I bought these as the original head that came with my Oclean toothbrush had started to wear out after about 4/5 months of use. I can definitely feel the difference with the replacement. The brush heads I received look to be genuine and come in similar smart packaging as the toothbrush did. They were delivered quickly from amazon, and I will buy them again when I need more.
