This works well for boosting nitric oxide levels using NO test strips to check. So does eating canned beets, but these are yummy.

I love this but I recommend starting with lower dose. I only take 1/4 because it lowers my blood pressure and I feel tired if I take full dose. It helps my sleep and hopefully my brain health as well. Lots of benefits. It dissolves in mouth and tastes odd but not bad. I kind of like it lol.

This is probably doing an excellent job of raising Nitric Oxide levels. In my case, after a few days I got an incredible nosebleed. A bleed where my blood ran like water. This happened to me once before when I used Resveratrol for a couple of weeks. I'm guessing that with my specific metabolism I shouldn't be tampering with my Nitric Oxide levels... It probably won't happen to you, just please be careful of unexpected side effects.

This product deserves a four or five star rating in my opinion. However, there are two ingredients, in particular, that are known to cause unpleasant side effects for many people, myself included. This offender is xylitol and the other is mannitol. I have used this brand of beet root chews for two years. I decided recently to upgrade to the neo40. Unless, the neo40 can be made without xylitol and mannitol, I will have to seek out another brand of nitric oxide formula.

I had to rewrite my honest review stating facts so I’ll say this: calms my blood and the person in charge of my health recommends this. It works.
