Both my husband and I take flaxseed oil; we go to different doctors and both of us are told to take flaxseed oil. I have eye problems and eye specialist wants me to use four flaxseed every day.

For those that want good heart health but do not want to take the fish supplements for Omega, this is the perfect alternative. Flax Seed Oil is just as rich in nutrition for the blood and heart function. This is a large bottle with plenty of capsules for the cost. They are big but easy to swallow.

Only suggestion is there should be an option for more vitamins in each bottle.

I take these instead of fish oil. They work the same but without the fish taste. They're relatively easy to swallow. I've only been taking them for a couple of months so it's hard to tell the benefits yet. But there have been no reactions or upset stomach. I'll continue to take them.

These were a great price and a perfect size. You can’t beat them. I have to take them on a daily and I love the brand so it was perfect.
