It's 110AC wall plug only. No car adapter.

The collet bored out after just a few uses and now won't hold the bit making the tool useless. Where are we to get a collet replacement?

Take the old one to want tool store, it's a standard size, make sure you tighten it with wenches in the future to stop this issue.
