Which are the exact dimensions of this bag (mysterious grid)?

Height 38cms, width 25cms, base is 14cms from front to back but bag tapers up to the top. The handle is fully adjustable and long enough for cross body.

Is it gabbie small or gabbie medium. In kipling’s site, there is no bag with the sizes you gave. The s is 29cmx22cm-16.5, and the m size is 35cmx30cm

I'm guessing it's a medium. Mine was bigger than I'd expected. I couldn't be bothered to send it back but I don't use it as much as my smaller bags

does it come with the monkey key chain?

It comes with a silver metal one not the old style teddy one.

Is the strap the newer softer type? Have found this uncomfortable on another Kipling. Thx

Bought it for my partner and the strap is soft on the one she has but not sure if this is the same material- hers is a cloth bag. Very happy with it seems really well made.
