After opening one set found a bent and torn box. Not made for heavy gifts but it will serve its purpose.

This works better as a decoration than as gift boxes. And you need to add a hat to bald santa lol! Luckily I crocheted him an extra large one real quick. Any weight in the boxes will collapse the ones below. The 4th photo shows even the weight of the boxes empty is too much. The collapsed photo was a childs bike helmet and knee pads. That's it. And just that weight collapsed them. I will use these because super cute and I want to reuse for a few years to do the 4 gift rule (want, need, wear, read) so I will just reinforce the boxes from the inside by cutting up an old box.

Very cute boxes and perfect for Christmas. I would advise purchasers to note the following... the hat does NOT come with. The pictures make it seem that way. Also, these are not thick and cannot hold anything remotely heavier than a clothing item. I used a lot of tape and wrapped in the spot that they would be opened so I didn’t have to mess with transport. They are super cute though.

I love the idea of these and they worked OK. They were super cute but definitely not strong enough. I had to continually fix the boxes from collapsing inside each other (and I only set these out on Christmas eve). We just kept saying the snowman were melting! Overall I am glad I purchased them as they were cute, held a lot but wish they would have been stronger.

It was very cute but boxes are flimsy and break easy. Luckily I had red duck tape and reinforced the bottom. I think it's very cute and will make me happy everytime I look over at it. I would buy it again but 1) expect the boxes to be flimsy & 2) the hat does not come with.

So cute. But does not come with the Santa hat as pictured. So I stuck a bow on his head instead to make it more festive. Also. Be prepared to need bubble wrap. If the bottom boxes are not full to the top they will collapse with the weight of the top boxes on them!!!!
