My husband was having terrible problems with frequency and urgency at age 57. He had tried a prescription from his doctor, but the side effects were too uncomfortable to deal with, so he discontinued the meds. He tried saw palmetto, as well as a different supplement, but really didn't see any significant results, so I began searching for a supplement that had positive reviews at a reasonable price that might give him some relief from his symptoms. Within a week of using this product, he noticed a real improvement! He increased the dosage from two to three times per day, and has seen significant improvement in symptoms, greatly improving quality of life. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but I know that this is more than placebo effect, as he has tried other supplements with much more limited success. Hope that this review helps men in a similar situation, looking for a natural alternative to medications. No more desperate searches for a bathroom or rest area while on the road!

I started using this product when it arrived in April and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. I have had prostate issues for several years and have been taking two (2) 2MG capsules of Terazosin as prescribed by my doctor in the evening before retiring. However, due to the side effects I was experiencing with Terazosin I wanted to find a dietary supplement formula that would allow me to cut back on the dosage of Terazosin. I am now urinating better today than I have in years. I was getting up at least twice a night for a bathroom trip and now sleep through the night without getting up for a trip to the john. I also, through my doctor of course, have been able to cut out the use of Terazosin entirely. I highly recommend this product.

I started researching for products that could help with the symptoms of a possible enlarged prostate as I was getting up sometimes 4 to 6 times a night to urinate and I was tired of it. The reviews of people on here that are low are confounding to me. Either they don't have an enlarged prostate or they are not taking the product properly is my guess.This has worked perfectly for me and the effect was almost immediate. I think it took just 2 or 3 days before I noticed I wasn't getting up as often. Now a couple weeks after taking the product I am only waking up once a night and I am urinating a lot more at one time (volume wise). I wasn't having trouble with stream flow before, so I can't speak to it's effectiveness if you are having that problem.I also no longer have nearly as strong, urgent feelings to get to the restroom. This has been wonderful and I can highly recommend it. As with any product though, your results may vary, and it may take you longer to notice results.

I am a guy in his fifties who use to have to get up and go the bathroom at least five times a night. With this product I am only getting up once a night. I have tried other products and this stuff works the best. Try it for 30 days and you will notice a difference.

I waited a couple months before I rated this product so I could give it a fair evaluation. I am glad to say that this product has helped by enlarged prostate symptoms. I also have been suffering from Prostatitis and this product along with Potassium Citrate 99 mg has alleviated this problem as well. I will continue to purchase this product and highly recommend it.

I bought 120 capsules and have taken 110 so far. I'm still having to urinate 6-10 times during the night and the pills have not improved my health. My urine stream is slow, the amount little and I still have that urgency. I'm quitting Mega 7 when the pills run out in 5 days and trying Now Foods Clinical Strength Prostate Health, Soft-gel, 180-Count.... Hopefully, this will work for me.

I got these pills because they were cheaper than the well-known brand. I tried them out and they seem to work fine. I'm only going once at night. Either it is a placebo effect or the ingredients actually work. Either way I'm good. I take one in the morning and one in the evening.

I am still evaluating this product. It doesn't seem to live up to it's claim, as far as I can tell. I have been using it for 2 or 3 weeks now but it doesn't seem to have enough of the active ingredient in it to live up to it's claims. I am up to 9 caps a day with no improvement. Of course, I am also diabetic too, so may be the reason I still make 6 to 8 trips to the bathroom a night. Maybe a few more weeks will make a difference.

I don't notice any difference in the frequency with which I have to urinate at night. I will use up this order, but probably not order this again.

Gave this a try after years of using Super Beta. This had no impact at all. Noticed the doses were pretty low compared to others and was missing come key ingredients.

if you want relief from frequent bladder problems then drop the phrama garbage and buy this, it works
