Suffer from mortons neuroma or planters fasciitis this is a must!
If you suffer from mortons neuroma or planters fasciitis this foot cushion is a must.If you work 12 hour shifts and stand constantly on concrete buy this immediately.I have worked factory for years and have used many different cushions but this one helped alot. It gave me foot relief and less pain plus helped my back too.For the first six months they were great but Instead of buying a new pair after about 6 months I bought some flat Walmart ones and put them underneath and they lasted another 6 months before I had to buy another pair. These have great arch support, heel and toe support, and feel great standing on. I have noticed that my mortons neuroma getting better so for me it was a plus plus!

Truly effective for all-over pain relief, but product quality???
I want to wholeheartedly recommend this product, but the right one has already worn a spot/peeled from the backing. It suggests these won't last as long as I'd like for $50. I started using them five days ago just to garden in the back yard a couple of hours a day--not hiking or walking far.If I had to guess why the materials might be failing already, it could be that they are not wide enough and my toe is hanging over, pulling the material back. No width was offered and the size fits my shoes perfectly. They don't offer men's/women's differently or separately, but they look narrow for a men's size. If I got a larger size, I'd be afraid they wouldn't fit the shoe. All that said, my feet and back do feel remarkably better and I wonder if a wide set would be even better. Not sure.I want to return them and get another pair. I'll try that and will update.

Great orthotic for plantar injury
Very effective. 13 days out from grade 2 plantar plate tear, and able to walk quite comfortably on it now with this orthotic.

Powerstep Insoles are Top Notch
Powerstep insoles are my favorite and the only brand of insoles I buy. I have flexible, wobbly feet that supinate but I walk for exercise and couldn't do it without wearing Powerstep insoles in my shoes. The insoles keep my feet stable and the arch support is perfect. I wear a size 7.5 shoe and appreciate that I can order the Powerstep insole and I don't have to trim it to my size. They are pricey but the quality is top notch and as much as I wear them, they last for a long time. I also had plantar fasciitis but overcame it with exercises and wearing these insoles.

The best!
I have been a hair stylist for 40 years and these inserts have been a lifesaver. My foot and back pain have been reduced significantly, although I can’t use these in all my shoes I love them. Shoes have to be deep enough to accommodate the inserts after you remove the original insert. They do fit the majority of my shoes.

Good and …
The insert seems to help my metatarsalgia. It’s easy to use. My only complaint is I wish there had been an option for two left inserts as it’s only that foot with the issue. I have no use for the right insert.

Happy feet again
My podiatrist recommended the power steps. I was reluctant because prior to those I had custom orthopedic insoles. Lately, they have not been working.About 3 days after wearing them it hit me that my feet were no longer hurting. Im so happy about the comfort and true arch that I now feel. I use them in all my use and so far they are holding up to the in and out of all my shoes. They slide right in easily. Im most excited about not dealing with the pain in my feet anymore.
