The interlocking mechanism does not work at work. Even with winds 5 to 10 miles an hour it was still twist and unlocked and fall down constantly have to put it backup.. This following weekend this weekend interlocking mechanism finally gave out and broke came apart. This was given to me about my wife on my birthday in October 2021 I did not install it until but until April 2022 because the weather and wind and this is how long it has lasted Less than a month tops. I even followed the instructions on how wide and deep to make the hole to put the sleeve and concrete.. Totally dissatisfied with this product product but too late to return it. No wonder it only has like a 30 day warranty on it.

I have had the pole for about a year and just put it up. I was replacing a different one and this one is really poor quality.

This is an excellent product and I've purchased two of them. I recommend placing them in concrete but you don't have to. I wanted the peace of mind so I took the extra time and mixed up a bag of concrete. The install took about 20 minutes (including the concrete mixing)Looks great and is very well built.

Ordered this pole after two previous poles (both metal) snapped due to high winds. Husband likes this because the extendable feature means you can double the strength of the pole. Took off one star because the included U.S. flag is very cheesy, in looks and material. Otherwise, I give this a big thumbs up!

No assembly. I've got mine set up using a heavy iron outdoor umbrella stand as a base. Looks great but it's made in China. :( Flag fly's proudly! Salute!

Looks good but...Pole does not lock and stay up for long, the movement of the flag loosens the pole sections and pole slides back down on its own. Also the sections can slide apart when extending up.Makes a better light pole than flag pole.

Love the look, easy to set up. I am worried about the plastic flag holder clips, curious to see how they hold up in our west Texas sun and heat.

Flag pole was missing the decorative ball when opened, it appears that the package was opened and taped over, even though there is written detail that the package would actually include a gold ball for the top of the flagpole, I will be returning this product
