GREAT for gluten free bread.
I use this in gluten free sour dough bread. Helps the bread to be less dense and more tasty. Great performance, growth rate is about 50% over bread baked without. GLUTEN FREE, which is helpful. Great ingredients and value.

Gluten and Grain-free and works!
I have special dietary needs in that I am sensitive to all grains, including gluten free ones. Thus I bake with gluten-free pseudo-grains such as buckwheat, quinoa, and amaranth. However finding a baking powder that is both gluten and grain-free so I could bake was a real problem. Using single-acting homemade baking powder alternatives such as vitamin C (ascorbic acid) combined with baking soda worked so so with pan breads I could pop into the oven quickly, but trying to make items such as pancakes and waffles were a big disappointment as part of the batters would sit before cooking. Well no more. As you can see from my attached photos, these buckwheat amaranth pancakes came out nice and fluffy. Plus they were even vegan and egg-free as I have to moderate my use of eggs at times. I just used more baking powder and some sago palm tapioca (sabudana) ground into flour to substitute for the eggs.Like others have stated, I am not thrilled with the cardboard box the baking powder comes in but,, at least for me, it remained in tact during shipping, and I just transferred the powder to a little food storage container and put it in the pantry. For anyone with special grain-free and/or gluten free dietary needs, I highly recommend this baking powder. A bit more expensive than ordinary baking powder but well worth it.

Great Baking Powder
I have a daughter-in-law who has celiac disease, and a dear friend who is allergic to corn, of all things! This baking powder lets me bake for both of them, since it is corn free, as well as gluten free. I just have to be careful of the flours I use! But, I also noticed that my biscuits (when I made them for the friend with the corn allergy), rose better than the biscuits I made w/ my regular baking powder. Because of this I have switched, and use the Gluten Free brand most of the time (it will be all the time, once I've used up my old baking powder - I'm an old, cheap retiree and I can't throw the old stuff out).

Hate the bag, love the product.
I've learned that baking powder can have gluten and other stuff in it that I don't want. Was trying to find the last remaining sources of gluten in my diet, as my lab tests came back showing a low level in my system - like where is that from? I've been gluten free for a year! Never would have even thought of baking powder, but this brand popped up in a search for other baking products and I was intrigued and learned some interesting tid bits about baking powder.Like the product, but really, really hate the bag. It's folded at the bottom and it's a massively oversized bag for the amount of product in it, so scooping way down into the bottom only to fight the folds is so frustrating! I like the graphics on the bag, so I hate to put this into a plain jar with a plain label - I want to easily identify what I'm grabbing out of my baking cupboard. Would prefer a jar over this bag - please!!

Fantastic Baking Powder!
I never thought I'd rave about a baking powder, but this stuff is worth giving a shout out. It is so beautiful and really obvious that they care about the quality of their product. In the past I've always ran my baking powder through a sifting screen to avoid any little balls/clumps staying together and ruining the taste of whatever I was making. With this stuff there is no need and it worked beautifully. I highly recommend it - even if you don't need to be gluten free.

Disappointed!
I truly liked this product at the start of my Keto journey which a year ago it was a little over $8.00 with a better quality. My wife and I are still doing Keto with the regular brands because the industry seems to take things that are healthy and make them overpriced. This item is now almost $15. That is a huge difference. We are still getting the same results, still healthy, just able to save more. We DO try and pay a little extra for good quality items like meats but for something where the price doubles in less than a year just because of what we think is trend is just terrible! We started out extremely careful over "less-than-one" gram ingredients but found that they don't affect you at all. A1C is still good! Still maintaining a good weight, still living a healthy lifestyle, just saving and making wiser choices.
