Can you use this with vyprvpn's chameleon protocol or only openvpn?

The Tunneler supports the full service spectrum of VyprVPN including their Chameleon Protocol

Does it work with expresssvpn and nordvpn in china?

Both ExpressVPN and NordVPN would need to be manually configured. Neither service is something we can directly support, but users have reported success doing so with both services. We do have some general documentation for integrating 3rd party VPN services on our devices WIki section on our website (under the Support tab). You can email tech support as well for additional details Regarding working in China, we are not able to test in China and are unable to confirm full functionality. What user feedback we have received has been mixed. Whether a third party VPN would work better is unknown.

Is the vpn free or it comes with a monthly fee???

First sorry about taking so long in answering this. Yes, there is a monthly fee after 30 days. I purchased this for a small company that I have a contract with. If you are looking for something secure for yourself may I suggest surf easy usb. It has it's own web browser and VPN built into it without any monthly fee. When you pull it from the machine your bookmarks and history go with you. In addition you can pick what country you want to as your IP address. I hope this was helpful.. Bill

That's how I thought I could use it, but when I made the connection my download speed took such a huge hit that I immediately returned it. They didn't give me a hard time with the return even though the literature clearly states (somewhere) that speeds would change.
