Tastes 95% like salt. Be careful of the Potassium if you're a heart patient. Consult your doctor before using.

horrible taste
If you are looking for a no salt option to enhance the flavor of your food, this is not it. It added an unpleasant taste that was awful. Youd be better off learning to eat your food without any salt at all; had to toss meal/eggs this was put onOr suggest using a low sodium salt to enhance/go along with the flavor of the numerous no salt spices offered. Sadly I ordered about 8 since they're small, and can't return since it's a food item
