Really good toy and even better costumer service.
The product itself is pretty good. However, it is not durable. We bought the pedal push kind and the top that holds the ball and pushes it up in the air, broke the first day. Maybe if they can improve the quality of the plastic.New review,The seller send me a new toy with no extra charge. Seller even shared the shipping info for tracking. Luckily it came right on the sons birthday so he was happy. Thank you to the seller. My kids love it.

A bit lightweight
We were looking for to expose our kids to tee ball so they can sign up for the team in the upcoming year. This was really light weight, made of light plastic. We were hoping for something a bit more substantial. But it is pretty safe as the material isn’t that hard if they hit themselves. It wasn’t for us.I edit my overall rating due to the seller reaching out and trying to make things right. I appreciate the great customer service.

Good Overall, Didn't Love the Bat
Very easy to assemble, the launcher works great, the balls and the tee are great but the collapsable bat collapses too often during use and it is annoying to have to constantly lock it back into place.

It’s lightweight cheap plastic, so it is what it is. It works but fell over a lot because the base wasn’t wide and there wasn’t enough weight.

Don’t do it
For starters! It came out in the original box and It looked like regular scotch. Tape was holding it together! It was very shotty!We took it apart to set it up and you could tell that it was very cheaply made and had no stability. I would never ever recommend this!It says that it’s durable! That is the joke.The only reason that I am rating this with one star is because it will not let me go any further if I don’t read it

It was durable and easy to handle! My grandson loved it! He is now playing t-ball because of it lol!! He just turned 3 and everything is baseball!!

Purchased for our 2 year old
I purchased this for our 2 year old, its so easy to assemble. You can unscrew the parts so easliy and store them away nicely. The balls all stay together in the mesh bag. Its a great product
