I have used the Cake Boss ribbon cutter for years. It broke and I needed a replacement. I purchased this one because it looked sturdier....i don't like it nearly as well as the one made by Cake Boss.

Bought for my wife, she loves it.

I find it difficult to get tight enough for a solid fit yet not so tight that it doesn't roll. Once I think I have it It loosens as it's used so you have to watch it carefully on long rolls.

never bay it . never !!!!. doesn't work good , just trash item.

I used this for lattice pie crust and it worked well. Makes plain lattice a little more fancy.
