I got this to use with my Pico Automotive Scope. It works great, as good as new. In perfect condition.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I have purchase twice. The first one, worked good for about 3 weeks and the NIC stop connecting after that, power supply stop. Replace with new battery, worked for about a week now it dead in the water. Try it again this time it power up and seems like some one other then I was operation the device. Someone moving the mouse. Powered downed, did not power back up. I NEED TO GET ALL MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. I always thought I could trust Amazon approved products. I really needed a laptop for a job this week. Now I am loosing a customer for trusting Amazon.

Great Laptop to use for light computer work
I brought this laptop for my mother to replace her old one that stopped working. She uses it for reading emails and looking up things on You Tube. She likes it. It is a fast computer that gets the job done.

Nice laptop except for battery
When the laptop arrived the battery was dead and would not charge. Otherwise the laptop is like new. Expect most if not all the laptops offered for sell will have a dead battery that will not charge. In the end the cost will be the price of the laptop plus the price of a battery. The battery costs about $31.

Short battery time.
Love the computer since it's 16 GB memory can handle the most powerful tasks; however the 3 hour battery time is the one thing I don't like about this computer.

FAST.
Setting up now but this is fast, loaded with Memory, Bought to use remotely but this is faster than any of the machines I use. Perfect and the best bargain I have seen.

2nd computer is broken too
I ordered this laptop and the first computer I had did not hold a charge so I sent it back and they sent me a new one and as soon as I open this the lid felt a little hard to open and then when I moved the black keyboard cover I noticed it was broken off the bat before I even turned it on so I'm putting it back in the box and shipping it back for a refund please beware of this company.....Do not waste you time or money as it's not worth it!You don't get any extra value for your dollar with HP refurbished you get extra trash for your dollar for sure!

Battery dies too fast. After fully charged it dies within 45min. And about 1hr 1/2 with out being used. Not recommend will have to return laptop
