Bought New got Used
Nothing against the Show or HBO. Rather the distributers. Season One case has water damage. All 5 discs have to be cleaned. Although it is the worst condition, all other seasons' disc are obviously not new.Unlike others not missing discs. However, it appears you can pay for new, and get used.Simply some of the discs are just ratty. I am not a strict keeper of cd's by far, but seriously? New?Buyer beware. Sounds like disc and case swapping used... Running low on actual new.Hack jobs.

Check for all discs, all seasons to be contained in package
If I rated this just for the show, of course it would be a 5 star review. However, I bought this 2 years ago, and just recently watched it with my granddaughter and discovered that Season 2 contained (2) disc 4‘s, and (0) of disc 2. Sooooo, I would advise you to open and scan for all discs to be in order, and complete, before the return date. As I read through the reviews, it looks like mine is not an isolated occurrence. The manufacturer might wanna take note, eh?

Damaged Disc
The episodes were thoroughly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this product. I did not assign five stars because of unviewable Season 3 episodes 11) The Mild Ones, 12) Classification: Dead, 13) The Mysterious Dr. T, and 14) The King Lives? Episode 11 played correctly to a certain point and then stopped, while the other three episodes would not even start. We are eager to see the damaged episodes, but we aren't clear on whom to contact for help.

perfect packaging and all in order
one of the greatest comedies on TV, along with Hogan's Heroes, Gilligan's Island and who can deny Mork and Mindy.........Don Adams, truly one of the greatest of comedians, Barbara Feldon, not only the perfect sidekick but also very beautiful, all thanks to the great Mel Brooks. Absolutely a must have collection. But I would not pay more than $5 for I Love Lucy........................

Great series, but the packaging and material was damaged.
I love the series, I grew up watching it with my family. However, there was some damage to one of the discs in season 3 and season five had a majorly damaged case that I had to tape in order to get it open without damaging the discs.

GREAT SERIES, DVD SET A BLOODY MESS OF DOUBLES .. by HBO
Loved the old Get Smart series. They don't make comedies like this today, its always got to contain some sort of vulgarity, in the punch lines. Back then you could have your kids around the tv, and not have to be concerned what was heard. HBO is the creator of the DVD set. I bought mine in 2016. Unfortunately a sample attached of two identical dvds in set 3. I contacted Amazon, but no response, and now that I am heading into the final set Season 5 and 2 disc number 3 copies, so I am missing another dvd in this set. That ruins the set since some of these shows are in two parts, that are missing, so I lose a dozen episodes, and Amazon with over 162 billion dollars keeps my 50 dollars for a defective set. I guess that's the cost of a cigar Jeff Bezos, will be smoking on me. HBO must have a bunch of drunken sailors working for them to not make only one mistake, but two, and whoever put this set together, is crosseyed. Not happy. WARNING... check your discs, the backs, and the disc number. Don't trust anyone. Make sure its all in order by number or you will loose out also.

Mel Brooks, of course
Who else but Mr Brooks could create a series about the world's most famous secret organization? not mention the most catch phrases in one TV show? "Sorry about that, chief", "Missed by that Much!", "That's the second biggest (blank) I've ever seen!" "Would you believe . . ." I'd tell you more, but it is classified, and we'd have to use the cone of silence . . .

Funny, funny, funny. And funny.
Bought it "and loving it". Glad I didn't "miss it by that much". One of the best series of the 60's, Beverly Hillbillies, Gilligan's Island and such shows will forever be the golden age of television. By far beats today's entertainment on TV. Along with shows like "All in the Family and M.A.S.H"... you have some of the best entertainment of all time. Get Smart will not disappoint. I laughed hard as I relived my childhood watching this masterpiece.

A fun classic!
A great sitcom, now a classic! The show is a parody of the secret agent genre that was popularized in the early 1960s, when James Bond movies were coming out. It follows Maxwell Smart as he thwarts KAOS's plans. The show is hilarious, with engaging characters, great punchlines, and just a blast to watch! A must-have for sitcom lovers or for anyone looking for another show to watch!

Get Smart
A great sit-com of the 1960's, spoofing the spy thrillers of the James Bond era. Maxwell Smart is a bumbling, and yet successful, secret agent of a Government Agency called Control. He and his partner agent, 99, ( played by Barbara Feldon ) manage to save the free world from the clutches of an evil organization called KAOS. Good clean fun.
