The product itself looks like and feels like any other bands, but when using the highest band 22.8kg, even with extra tension and very little slack, I could not even get anywhere near to a feel of 22.8kg. I’m disappointed because I needed to get heavier bands than the ones I already have, as I’m a regular gym goer and am used to lifting a reasonable weight. So I bought these based on: they were heavier and had great reviews. On testing them, I found the tension to be no more than a 10kg dumbbell and that’s being kind. I also discovered I could get just as much tension on my old bands using 2.3 and 5.9 kg togeather (8.2kg). These bands are great for people starting out, but terrible on the weight advertised. Don’t get me wrong I can still use these with my other bands hence 3 stars and not 1, but it’s using them for the purpose I bought them for, which for that need it’s not met and it’s a lot of money to spend on something that’s being advertised wrong, you can get a lot cheaper bands, if the weight is lower like these. And please don’t say I’ve tested them wrong, as I’ve tested them next to my old bands and then next to my dumbbell - they don’t meet the criteria - disappointed!

A reviewer mentioned that even at full load, these were nowhere near the stated strength. I can only conclude that he was the Incredible Hulk. At full load I can barely move the bands and I'm noted for my "around the house" strength and ability to open jars when my wife cannot.Bought to develop golf swing strength and seems great for the job. Good value too. Will post pics of muscles in a few weeks time.

They’re great value for money - but they are very slippery from the manufacturing process which means you can’t do some exercises where you need to be on your back and the bands around your shoes/feet as they slip and slide everywhere. I’ve tried to wipe them down with soapy water but makes no difference. I may try fabric ones next time. That’s why I’ve given them 3 stars because I can only do half of the exercises I wanted to use them for. A shame.

Disappointed with this. The resistance values of each band CANNOT be correct. I bought this to replace the old Toplek brand ones that go up to 100lbs because the thickest band snapped after 2yrs 8months, and I wanted ones with more resistance. I absolutely cannot I bicep curl 10 reps of 150lbs with two arms, let alone one. Apparently now I can. The resistance is no different to my old ones that went up to 100lbs. The product does seem reasonably well-made from face value (only time will tell) except for the handles which are very thin plastic. They will crack overtime as a lot pressure and rubbing will be applied to them. Overall I feel that this is no better than the other set that I bought at half the price (£13). I’m disappointed that they don’t live up to the resistance weight claims in any way. Will return these and try something else.

Not even capping these are really nice and work well with door anchor, you can also use door anchor between the low, middle and high hinge side of door and wall to work out different exercises such as chest fly and triceps

I use these bands daily, they tone and build muscle. Much better quality than most and not expensive to buy.
