Order a half size larger!
After returning a 7.5 for an 8, these shoes felt great at first, but after about an hour my feet go numb. I've loosened them for some relief but there is not much give in the shoe... I only have about 100 miles of ride time in the shoes and they are still very stiff compared to my old pair. They do look good though! :)

Would not recommend
It is to narrow in the front and I can't return it because I live in the Caribbean and it was cost to much....so I'm stuck with it and I can't even use it.

game changer for spinning!! I was wearing a 39 and I ama 7.5 regularly but this extra half helps not feel too tight on the shoe.
