Edifier T5 Powered Subwoofer - 70w RMS Active Woofer with 8 inch Driver and Low Pass Filter

Absolutely incredible value for money!The bass from this subwoofer is truly thundering, delivering an earth-shattering experience that completely transforms a medium-sized room. I honestly couldn't ask for more, especially at this price point.I paired it with my Yamaha YHT 1840, and I was genuinely surprised by the result. This subwoofer provides more than enough power for any medium-sized living space. Seriously, don't overspend on a larger or more expensive subwoofer-this is exactly what you need to create a true theater-like atmosphere in your home. You'll really feel its power when playing physical media, as opposed to the often compressed audio from OTT services.Huge thanks to EDIFIER! I love it.

The media could not be loaded. I had a TAGA Harmony 12" TSW200 subwoofer (₹35K) since 8years for my budget 5.1 setup of Pioneer AV+ mix of Micca (front), TAGA (center) & Space (rear) speakers. The TAGA subs amp had failed two times since purchase and this time the repair estimate from MZ Audio (service centre) was ₹8K+GST. I decided to replace it and started looking for something good to replace within budget (₹20-30K).....came across this subwoofer and seemed perfect value for my setup. Initially was sceptical due to it's limited low frequency range 38Hz+ but took a chance given the multiple decent reviews in amazon and on youtube.I do not use the inbuilt X'over dial and instead use 50Hz X'over in AV. I have connected using the single subwoofer rca. Sounds very good even if missing the bass low freq.After using, find this is a wonderful sub for a casual listener like me and an absolute value.

Absolute delight!This can be connected to any advanced AVRs like Marantz , Denon , Yamaha etc.Bass punch is top notch.Also use the LPF control 30 to 160hz to tune.To get precise output.Instead of buying some other brand Subwoofers for 50K.. you can buy two Édifier T5s for 30K And connect to your AVR. Mine supports Two parallel Subs. I'm gonna buy another T5 and rock my apartment. Édifier thé best brand for affordable high res audio. QUALITY ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am glad I picked up the Edifier T5. I (contrary to some purists view) was on the lookout for adding a woofer (for more thump) to my stereo setup. And this product, with the reviews and recommendation from an audiophile friend, was what I went for. I keep the volume low and the bass just adds to the music nicely. Rock, Jazz, Hindi, Devotional , pop , classical... pretty much everything I listen to is enhanced to my satisfaction.The Edifier is easy to set up. There is one thing though I would highlight for people planning to buy this.Cable (for connecting amplifier to the woofer) -Edifier includes 2 cables within the box (apart from power cable) - Audio (3.5mm) to twin RCA (which goes into the woofer) and 2RCA to 2 RCA. The sub/w input is 2 RCA (some woofers have a single RCA input). My amp (Cambridge Audio) has a single RCA output for the powered woofer and I had a cable that was single RCA on the other side. So the cables provided by Edifier didn't work for me. I went for a splitter cable (available on amazon) that does the work really well . The other option is to buy a new cable (1 RCA to 2 RCA) ... Paired it with my Edifier R1855DB, in total we are talking about 140W of speakers now, perfect fit for my studio speaker, they were quite expectional on their own but they were just lacking that low end punch, which can be expected without a subwoofer.But now pared with this it's chief's kiss 🤌🏻✨You will have to play a bit with the the bass knobs to balance them to your rooms size and woofer location, but once you find the right balance you can forget ever needing to adjust again.

The brand was not at all known to me before I placed the order of EdifierT5 active sub woofer to complete my Marantz Audio system. I had my own doubts as to how it will perform after making it a part of my high end audio system. Fortunately all of my doubts were washed out when I used it . Amazing !!!.It is nice sub woofer which performs very well in all respects. Right from unpacking to final installation and very first trial run it made me more and more satisfied listener . Its built quality is appreciable, the connecting cables provided by the company with it are of top quality and its performance to play the given frequency range , it has proven itself a fine product.

Within 1months its stop working,now its in service after spending 16000rupees on it.Don't go for it.The best part is on edifer website authorisedservice centre address is there but their saying JK ELECTRONICS from mumbai is denying that the product is not belong to them.
