They were all pretty easy to put together
I ordered the desk, bookcase and credenza from the Cottage Road collection. They were all pretty easy to put together, just time consuming! I was about to do all three over the span of 12 hours, with breaks (I have a 6 month old) and lunch/dinner etc. The desk was by far the most time consuming because it has quite a few smaller parts, but it was still easy to do. I followed the instructions to the T. I was very pleased that I was not missing any parts and everything lined up perfectly. No broken pieces as they are packed very well. I wasn't sure how they would look or feel in person, but they are solid. I am really glad I chose to get this collection as I was going back and forth on it for a few weeks. I finally decided to bite the bullet and I'm happy with my purchase. I have attached pictures as well. Everything looks exactly as the pictures online did.The credenza is HEAVY, so be prepared when it arrives! I was not expecting that but it was a pleasant surprise since as I stated earlier, it is a solid piece of furniture.

Nice unit! Panels fit together well! Looks good!
Nice for all MDF construction! Looks great in our home office. Assembly took about an hour. Directions were very easy to understand. There’s a lot of screwdriver use. The instructions state to not use power drivers. Over tightening will result in failed twist lock connections. I accidentally over tightened one and it failed. Not a big deal. There’s about 40 of them holding it together. Don’t force anything. All the pieces fit easily together. I’ve included a few photos so you can see how many pieces of material your needing to assemble. I really like the top! It’s very realistic looking. One note is the shipping box has a weight of 130lbs. The FedEx guy struggled with it and so did I trying to get it in the house. Not a piece designed for abuse but very solid once it’s all together.

well engineered and manufactured
intended use: as a storage credenza focusing on both project boxes and the recharging of batteries, phones, hearing aids, & tablets.I need to remove my project boxes from the floor of my office so that the Rumba can do it's thing.I am a retired for 20+ years engineer and have trouble walking (neuropathy) and 'essential tremors' which makes holding a screw driver a challange. I found that a damp cloth, knee pads, and my Makita cordless drill/screw-driver most helpful. The carcass assembly took around 5 hours. 1 hour of which was to bring the parts from outside, near the sidewalk into the dining room (parts marshaling). Step #1 was not possible due to space limitations. And because the build instructions were available online prior to package arrival I had defined a revised process which had sub-assemblies performed on the kitchen table and final assembly in my office. lack of space greater than about 8 sq. ft. made the assembly challenging. Example: the final assemblies began with step #6 upside down (no room to lay it on it's side). Flipping it right side up for finishing the steps required the temporary relocation of office furniture. Since step #1 is a QA (Quality Assurance) activity which I replaced with a couple of muffin tins for counting and quarantining parts by kind so that I knew that I had all the necessary hardware and knew what excess to expect at completition (error detection :-)The construction materials can only be described as high density, furnature grade, OSB (no wood solids but incredibly stable) the skin of which is some kind of pressure bonded plastic film with photographs of solid oak with saw blade markings and checked board ends. It doesn't look or feel that bad because the surface is smooth. I could have built something similar in my wood shop at greater cost and about 180 hours of labor (I like french polish). But, I needed it assembled in one day and to complete the deployment with electrical and mechanical accommodations by the next day so that other projects could get underway in a timely manner. I am very happy with the result.PS all cubbies are 17-1/2" wide. The top row opening is 6-3/16" high and the bottom row, sans shelves, is 21" high. The carcass is 16-3/4" deep.

Heavy solid storage unit
This item went together perfect. Was super heavy! I had trouble getting the box in my house. I opened it and took it upstairs piece by piece. I put it together myself and I am a lady. It took time but instructions were clear. I love it, it's solid. The shelves dont just sit in easy, I had to slap them down some and that scratched the paint inside the unit a little but it couldn't be helped. These machine cut particle board pieces are rarely perfect so, you know. The paint scratch is inside so who's gonna know? It's so reasonably priced and just what I needed. I'm happy!

Love it! Worth the money and effort.
Finished product is sturdy and exactly same as product picture. I absolutely loves it especially the wooden top matches with our floor perfectly. The assembly takes time but instructions are easy to follow. Some steps require two people because the heavy weight. But most steps can be completed easily by one person. We recently purchased and assembled a dining set, bar stools, a coffee table, and a patio furniture set. I would rank this product’s difficulty level as medium compared with all other furniture I recently assembled.Overall for the price we paid, we are very happy with the purchase.

Stunning & Sturdy!
I love this piece. It's very sturdy and a super nice quality. It took about 1.5 hours to assemble alone. The quality is excellent and I absolutely love the finish on it. It's a very heavy box, so I'd recommend help moving it around if you're alone. I'd definitely buy again.

Buena compra
Me encanta.
