I got this attempting to replace one that was 13 years old and leaking at the head and, because it sits a little further away and further down, I'd hoped to improve on a splashing issue on the kitchen window blind that is right behind the kitchen sink. That second part didn't work, but it is mainly because this faucet has excellent flow and pressure in every setting, pretty sure there is no flow limiter installed in it (I tend to take those out). No worries rinsing the dishes with this thing, it has that power blaster button that you really need to be sure you're aimed at the bottom of the sink, it's almost like a pressure washer. I'd put up a video, but don't want to drown my phone.It looks really good and is well made. Installation was a breeze.

So I ordered the oiled bronze faucet and it arrived quickly. It is beautiful and feels heavy duty-not cheap looking at all. I had my son-in-law install it for me. Unfortunately it was not a quick install but it was not the fault of the faucet. The prior owner placed a cast iron sink in granite and it was a modified fit, so the sink blocked a minute area of the hole where the faucet needed to be placed. Luckily, my son-in-law was able to drill the hole a tad bigger so the nut of the faucet to hold it in place could be screwed on. This will also avoid any future faucet install difficulties. We did have to use the plate which I really initially didn't want to use but to cover the drilled small area of the exposed hole in the granite, it had to be used. Had we not had to do this, the install would have literally taken about 20 minutes. That said, the faucet looks and works great! It actually feels much sturdier than the name brand faucet it replaced. So far I have no complaints but since I've only had it for a week I cannot comment on its longevity. By the way, I priced the name brand faucets that look like this model and they were all at least $250+!

I’m SO happy I made the choice to get this. I installed this a couple months ago and it’s been fantastic! The most difficult part of installation was removal of my old faucet. This went in with no difficulties. The construction is nice and I love the two tone coloring. The spray features are strong and do a nice job on tough dirty dishes or cleaning the sink. However, the power spray does tend to mist everything around the sink. I like that you can change the orientation of the handle. My old one was on the right side, and this configuration has proved far more functional for me. Overall I can’t complain and the price just can’t be beat!

I am pleasantly surprised by how nice this faucet is. For the money I though it might look and feel a bit cheaper, but it surpassed my expectations. Install was easy, the unit looks great, and I love the three different spray options. My only complaint is that the end of the faucet is a bit low, so it can be challenging to get larger items under it.

This is a quality faucet. Looks and works better than I anticipated. So easy to maintain and install. Can't beat the price. We bought a plain drop in black matte sink. This faucet makes that sink look stylish. Spayer has an additional button for spraying out stubborn coffee stains or leftover food stuck to a pan.

I love this faucet. It is MUCH lower then i thought it would be, but I do like that water doesn't go everywhere when washing my hands anymore.SPRAYER---High powered button - Setting cleans everything off easily. You can push it lightly for a lower pressure stream and hard for the full pressure. You do have to hold the button the whole time you use it.---Shower setting button - (For lack of a better word) is a button that you can click and not have to hold. same pressure as the regular stream.NECK--- Swivels to both sides of the 2 bay sink. The on and off handle moves back and forth too, so I do have to adjust it back to the middle where I want it.---The spring does not have any give. Sometimes I have to finagle the cutting board or larger pots when rinsing, but the hose does come out with plenty of line to be able to do that.OTHER---The foam seal pad it came with to prevent leaking under the sink is awesome. It hasn't leaked at all. I've had it about 2 months and checked every week.---It mixes the hot and cold water better then my last faucet. I get a better range of warm water as well as it goes hotter then the last one as well.

Had product for less than a year… After about seven months, the faucet head started just simply dripping out water… After taking the head of the faucet off and testing, if it was the water pressure, it was clear that something was wrong with the head/sprayer of the item. I have tried cleaning it multiple times for multiple days at a time, soaking it and vinegar and baking soda… This worked as a solution once and I was able to get the faucet to work again for about another three weeks, just for it to happen again. Only this time when soaking in the vinegar/baking soda solution pieces of silver metal looking flakes kept coming out of it (see picture). I wasn’t sure what this was and honestly was just hoping it would fix and clear the problem, but to no avail… The entire head is no longer functional. I tried finding a number and email for customer support only to find no number and no response from Email. I would not recommend this product whatsoever. It’s not reliable, there’s no support, and as far as I’ve found, there are no replacement pieces which would be a waste of money after less than a year for the price it originally costs anyway.
