Real Fruit and Authentic Fruit Flavors
We're so used to the often overly sweetness of jams, spreads and jellies that most of us have forgotten what real fruit off the bush or tree actually tastes like. Coming from the midwest and growing up in farmers' markets, i remember the fruity tartness of black and raspberries, the mellow, distinctive flavor of blueberries crushed in my mouth, and the delicious dark and tart Michigan cherries as they were picked right off the trees.I ordered a variety pack and so I was able to sample all of their available flavors. I was so delighted by what I tasted in my first spoonfuls of each type, but I was also impressed at what I did not taste - the excessive sweetness that takes away from the real fruit flavor.Then the decisions of what to do with Fruit and Me. The dark and tart cherries worked well with ice cream both vanilla and rocky road - we tried waffles and pancakes with the blueberry key lime and even blue corn pancakes with the mixed berry. My daughter baked a chocolate cake and used the mixed berry as layers in between, and it works great with crunchy peanut butter on toast or muffins.We just received our order and the jars almost half gone!

Wonderful
This is an obsession with me. Buttermilk pancakes hot from the griddle with a spoon of these cherries on top. I didn’t use to eat pancakes because my blood sugar would rise from the pancake syrup then drop like a rock. With the lowered sugar and fruit, eating pancakes is back on the menu. Best tasting cakes ever! Good in yogurt, I’m told great on vanilla ice cream too. It came in jars packed well, in good condition.

A bit expensive, but worth the money. You can either pay more for mostly fruit, or less for mostly corn syrup/starch gel and bright red color.
