Installed in my RV
Because of the tight space in my RV, I like this faucet for the higher arm, front control, extension hose and no handle. I’m glad I installed this. Still pricey

Fell apart after just 3 years
Bought 3years ago. Installed by qualified plumber, used for last 3 yrs. One day when my wife tried to turn faucet on the valve piece popped out causing the water gush from everywhere. Luckily, I was close by, shut down valves under the sink to prevent major flood. Was forced to purchase new faucet from Home Depot and pay for installation (and removal of defective one). Can't leave without water in your kitchen, can you. Contacted Grohe and described the situation. They offered replacement Spray Head (easy fix) under LIFE TIME warranty, which is unfortunately on back order now, will be available in about 3 weeks plus 7-10 days FedEx.Now you decide if it's worth $700 (I payed $500 three years ago). Looks to me like a major design flow.

Worthwhile Investment for a Kitchen Upgrade
This is a great purchase because the installation was faster and hassle-free, which is a big deal for me. The supersteel material gives it a premium look that matches well with my kitchen decor. Moreover, it's eco-friendly in terms of water usage. I do wish its durability was a bit better and cleaning was easier. Despite these, still a great product overall.

Terrible shipping
Only one star due to horrendous shipping. Faucet was shipped in its original manufacturer box . The faucet Box completely fell apart during shipping because it wasn’t even taped. Faucet is damaged w copper pipe bent and missing parts. I’m Shocked that the 700 dollar faucet was shipped like this to me by Amazon.

This is the best design for custom kitchen. You can turn the tab on and off with your elbow which is great if you are a food safety type person. It is very tall, so if you have limited space, may not be suitable for your. Pressure is controlled (you cant really change the pressure) as this is European design and they want to save the resources as much as they can.

Love it!
You may see some people complains about low water pressure from this faucet, but!!!All modern European faucets have 'flow restrictor' to save water by limiting the water flow pressure.It is very easy to remove, if needed.Check the instructions and just carefully remove small plastic pice #48 546.
