Very nice functioning switch. Kind of don't like the plate. But it's good !
The switch looks and feels great to use. I don't like the wall plate. Kind of moves around when you bump it but if it was screws then you would see the screws. So I guess it's ok. Easy to install. The switch works. Has a green indicator light so you can find it in the dark. I bought 2 of them and they both really work good. A must have if your light is too bright like mine was. Gives me control of my light brightness. Can't beat the price. Do not notice any delay when using it. Connected to my wires without any issues.

Stopped working / Updated: Replacement sent
Update: the seller reached out and I received a new one, it is working well and was easy to replace. Im giving 5 stars for the grear customer service and quick replacement. Thanks. I will update if the replacement has any issues. 1/17/25I purchased and installed in July, we are before Xmas holidays and the switch stopped working. The lights started flickering and I had to use the safety to stop the lights. They don't last. Looks nice on the wall. I hope merchant will replace for new one.

Great once installed! A fun little upgrade.
I love this switch! Installation would have been easy had the wires in our 1990's home been color-coded. Once I figured out which wires were travelers, which was the load, and found the neutral (wire-nutted together with others in the back of the box-not connected to the switch I was replacing), installation in that box was simple. I much prefer the way this one was installed with wire nuts rather than the switches that have screws on the side or wires pushed into the back. Sadly, it didn't work when I flipped the breaker. It took me a while reading through the small-type, confusing directions, but I finally found the answer! There is a tiny red jump-wire included--once I used it to connect traveler one screw directly to the load wire in the OTHER three-way switch across the room..... viola! There was light! Yes, I hadn't realized that I had forgotten to switch the breaker back off--don't try that at home. Pairing it with my phone was simple. I downloaded the Ap, and followed the instructions to pair it and connect it to wifi. I did have to add the switch manually but that was easy. LED lights are now controlled at both switches and easily dimmed with this one. What is cool is that I can turn them on, dim them, and turn them off with google. My adult kids are enjoying asking her in a variety of ways to turn on the lights. So far, she has understood them all. "Hey google, let there be light" is the current favorite.

Avoid the headache and extra $$$..
The media could not be loaded. I decided to purchase these smart dimmer switches for our new built home and they work great for the first few months after the install but it started having random issues after.1. some switches just Turns ON randomly throughout the day and in the middle of the night.2. some of them started having dimming issues. Some would not dim at all or dims very low at 50%.3. some of them actually started putting on a light show (constantly going ON & OFF). check my videoI was finally able to get the refund on all my switches (20+) but now I'll have to pay ($$$) an electrician to come and replace all my dimmers throughout the house.

Good value dimmer switch
Good value dimmer switches. I have only used them in a single pole configuration but have had them installed in my house for more than three years now with no issue. Just make sure to have the adjustment wheel properly tuned. If it is turned too low I have found that the lights might not always turn on if the dimmer is at the lowest setting. Once that is done I have experienced no issues with these switches.

Total Failed within 6 months
First one failed within 6 months of installing. I purchased a second one for a different room and now know better. Also didn’t help matters that it just started randomly turning in (from off) at 2:30 in the morning, waking me up, freaking me out. I ran some tests to confirm that it was just defective switch, which was also not the best use of my time and efforts. When working, though I did like how it appeared, dimming ability, etc.

Excellent switch (no mention of range adjustment wheel)
Unlike the switch this replaced, there is no flickering with dimmable LED lamps. (Well it does flicker for a second and then it's steady.)At first moving the slide control down didn't dim the lights. Then I noticed a tiny dimming range control wheel on the right side of the switch. The dimmer range control is neither visible nor accessible after installing the switch cover plate. After adjusting the dimmer range control to allow the slide control to work, I installed the cover plates and all was good. There should be but there isn't any mention of the dimmer range control in the installation / operation manual that comes with the switch.
