This poster gives simple, clear directions and examples of proper form. laminated so it will wipe clean of dirt or sweat. Frees me up from techonology so I can work out anywhere there's a wall and floor handy. I use command strips to hook it to wherever I need it and makes it easily removable with no damage to the poster or any wall.

We have a little exercise area set up including weights, yoga area, mats and other work out features. I had to cut the band poster in half to fit an awkward wall, but it worked perfectly.

I liked all the exercises but the pictures are very small unless you are right next to it. Should be larger for attaching to a wall.

Occasionally I use them to tone up. However, the exercises in placard are a variation of exercises when I use weights. The plus is that they can be put away easily. Overtime I know they will eventually wear quicker if use the same bands.

Took a while to un-curl, but shipping packaging was excellent. lamination is good, now hanging on my wall next to my resistance bands.

Informative but the printing is too small for fast reference when learning. Have to stop look things up then start again. Not the best for a smooth workout

This was a gift for my daughter. She found it very helpful as a newcomer to resistance band workout.
