I don't go a day without them!
I started taking these pills in 2021 and I have continued to take them even after I passed the period of requirement these multivitamins provide so much and I can tell the difference if missed so I make sure that I take them daily I will recommend to anyone not just someone that is a bariatric patient especially if you're deficient in something very effective no heart smell or taste it's a bit of a bigger pill but it's not hard to swallow

Good Vitamin for Bypass / VSG
This is a good vitamin for Bypass or Vertical Sleeve patients! One a day, but we as bariatric patients should take 2 of these a day. Very good product in my opinion.

Horrible smell and taste
This product has a horrible smell and taste that seems like it lingers around in my mouth forever. Unfortunately, I will not be buying it again. I am unsure if it works or not because I have only been taking it for a couple of days and I’m unsure if I will even complete the bottle
