Used it to drain water from my air conditioner. Worked well.

I use mine for my volcano so the orange and black attachments in the picture aren't included with tubing, just FYI. That being said I like the fact that it's food grade firstly, seems pretty durable and kink resistant, rolls up easy to store, didn't have any strange smells, and it's safe for high temperature uses of course. It's an added plus that it's very clear instead of cloudy like others have been. Overall good product so far!

The quality seems pretty good on this, the wall thickness seems consistent throughout and the clarity of the tube seems as expected. The tubing is very flexible and even a bit stretchy which would be expected with decent quality silicone. You can achieve a fairly sharp bend without kinks. However with the way that it is packaged and shipped I don't know that I would consider it food grade, I understand that if used in the food service industry that you would be expected to sanitize it after installation regardless of how it was shipped however there didn't seem to be any attempt to keep it clean and abrasion free during shipping with it only being packaged in a thin non air tight bag. I would hesitate to use it in any industry application. I also didn't bother to measure to make sure the length was actually accurate but I don't feel as if I was shortened by any means. I would but it again if I need more in the future.

This item is made to be heat resistant and good for use in distillation. Our old tubing was kinked and not draining well after several years of off and on use. We are now prepared for next season to. betterprocess concord grape juice.

Standard fish tank aerator size but more flexible than the cheap stuff.

I was able to transfer water between kickboxing bags.

For drinking water I had purchased a small pump to fit on a water cooler jug…..the spout was too short ….so for ease of filling bottles, cups, etc I purchased this 3/8” tubing to use as a hose for easy filling

Buscaba una manguera para la bomba de agua purificada y realmente es buena pq no deja olores ni sabores. Hay que darle una limpiada cada mes al menos pero no cada dos días como la original que venía con la bomba.

Perhaps fine for tropical fish aquariums, not so good for feeding 15 feet to a pump in the Head of your sailboat. Kinks easily. Vern in West Van.
