This is a decent microphone. I have used it three times so far, I am one of those people who records things for youtube! I have a regular, large microphone, but wanted to try a little lapel microphone to see if it can make me a little bit more mobile. You need to install the batteries (Included) to get it to work, not difficult to do - everything is easy to set up. You also need a dongle if you are going to use this microphone with your phone, however most people already have one. The use of the microphone itself was easy and the sound definitely an improvement on the built in phone microphone. There’s something nice about picking up your voice from close up and that reduces the unwanted background noises that is so often present. The quality of sound is decent, especially for the money I paid , it could easily pass for something twice or three times the cost. The only negative is the case it comes in - once unravelled I feel there could be an easier way to keep it tidy in the case ... but that’s probably a reflection on me and not the microphone.Over all a good purchase.

A very good product. Does what it should do. It has its own phantom power so there is no need to switch on the mixer phantom power. Excellent value. I was using it for live performances. My only problem with it was that because I was using it for live performances, I couldn’t get the volume up high enough because it started feeding back. However, this was probably because of the dynamics of the room. I could have done with having it mounted on a headpiece in order to get it closer to the singer’s mouth.

I am church pastor in Brighton, with no great skills as filming goes. Anyway, filming outside when its windy has proven to be a problem with sound. Its always windy by the sea here, so its been problematic filming outside.We have just tested using this mic and muffler on a windy day a talk from Hove lawns - and it works brilliantly. Just ran the mic to the camera.

Bought to record external sound track for use with video camera. Quality and sound levels much better than on camera mic.

The Synco Lav-S6 is perfect for any project. With the 6 meter cable it is easy to fit and hide. Highly recommend using the Lav on any project needed as the condenser mic will find your voice and exclude background noise. Perfect for windy conditions as there is a small dead cat provided. 10/10.

Bought the 6m cable one and it's more than enough to distance myself from the audio/video subject. Perfect!

This microphone has really improved my audio for my YouTube videos.I wanted something that I could use with my camera and my mobile, I don't want to change any connector's, this works great with the switch of a button I could use it with my camera or my mobile.It takes the small batteries which are included.There is no his in the audio it sounds clean.There is a nice long cable, as you can't change lens on the mobile I wanted a long cable this works absolutely fine.
