The media could not be loaded. Great product. Goes up and down smoothly. I’ve loaded it up with workout gear, taken it back up to the top and it dries quickly with the help of the built in fans.A special shout out for the customer service at Foxydry. We were missing a mounting bracket and I had it in three days from Italy. Francesca patiently explained the wiring configuration because our electrician had wired it incorrectly, and explained why the electrician couldn’t get it working because he hadn’t done the steps to engage the remote. All inquiries were promptly answered and explained thoroughly. If our electrician had just read the instructions, we probably wouldn’t needed her help at all. All mounting and usage instructions were explained in detail in the manual.Our remodeling contractor was so impressed with it he said he’s going to recommend them to his customers going forward

I use this every day. My Husband is 6'6" so I need to air dry all of his clothes so they don't shrink. I was tired of my spare bedroom being the drying area. I saw this on Pinterest and had to try it. We were building on a breezeway and attached garage and our laundry room was being moved to the breezeway. The contractors beefed up the area in the ceiling where the drying rack would be mounted as a preventative. It will hold lots of laundry. I have had up to 3 loads on it at one time, and that's not with the extensions. If you do a lot of air drying I would strongly suggest this fabulous machine.

We needed more room to dry clothes that we didn't want to put in the dryer. This is the perfect solution for us! We have a medium size laundry room with 91/2 ft ceilings. So putting this unit on the ceiling really gives us a lot of room we didn't have. It was expensive - maybe more than it should be but for us it is worth it. The installation was easy except the instructions didn't say that to test electrical for the unit it needs to have the weight of the rods on it to work. All it did was beep and not move. Once we installed the rods, it worked great. We learned this from another review. Overall - great product that arrived quickly!

I love the clean lines. It is easy to use. Updated my laundry room. I have 10 foot ceilings. It tucks up and out of sight. My husband thinks it is pretty awesome too. I had an electrician put it up and he thought it was very well built.

This is perfect for indoor hanging clothes to dry …great concept!

W shave installed the product in our laundry room but the product is not working. It was I installed by a professional electrician and he is not able to figure it out. Unfortunately this was part of my renovation so I have missed the return window. Trying to get this serviced but very hard to figure out seller support

Love it so far. it took a while to put up instructions were not very good . But we got it together looks and feels sturdy although the light is very dim . Going to have to add another light to the laundry room . I don’t like that you have to use the remote to turn on the light instead of the regular light switch.

Hello. More than an opinion; im really looking for some help. I just opened my box and I realized that the control wasn’t there. Please tell me what I have to do, because I don’t know if install it or not.
