Perfect for a child’s bday party!
Super adorable. When my son saw it his eyes lit up and now wants to decorate for his party 1 month too early . He’s so excited. The blippi banner is the best part and the balloons are perfect.

Cheap!
The balloons were very cheaply decorated. The “R” in BIRTHDAY was defective and would not blow up. This seriously ruined the decorative part of the party that I was majorly depending on.
