A short book but lots of value in reading it. Nice layout. The short chapters encouraged me to read on as used them as little milestones and before I knew it, I finished the book in 2 days. It was an enjoyable read. I personally got my highlighter pen and highlighted things that stood at to me and used it a bit like a workbook and can easily reference back to them in the future to guide me.

Great and inspirational book. I really enjoyed reading this book and ready to apply all the principles of self discipline in my life and wait the person I will become in the next 5 five years.

This is a gift and the quality is rather flimsy, with only 100 pages. The price is far too high for the product. I’ve not read it and so cannot comment on content.

Great read lots of tips to kick start your discipline.. Would highly recommend as it easy to digest and follow.

Great quick read

It’s good and useful book. I’ve never realized before how discipline and willpower are important in our and I definitely like how author compare a self-discipline with a muscle, which everyone can train. Recommend this book.
