I am lactose intolerant and this product is a must have in my refrigerator. I use it after eating cream which I love and I have no cramps or discomfort in my stomach. I wish I could purchase it on Amazon fresh but they don’t sell it. Can only find it at Wholefoods. Or as my husband calls it Wholepaycheck lol.

Though I find this product a little expensive to take on a daily basis, I always keep a couple on hand for anyone in the house experiencing digestive upset, Nausea headaches and migraines. It’s a fast acting highly effective remedy – love it!

I had read somewhere that this product was good for your health. It took an awful lot of courage to drink it. Taste is yucky. I didn't take this stuff long term and obviously, I didn't notice any discernable changes.

Nice tart taste almost a bit sour but I like it. What I don’t like is how expensive this is and they could make one big carton instead of using so much plastic for little bottles.

While this product is great---as others have said, it tastes good and is effective---I am disgusted with HerbsPro and their customer service in fulfilling my orders. I have bought BioK from this third-party seller nine times in the past year alone and nearly all of those times have had some issues: once, my order was simply never filled and was then subsequently canceled; in various other cases, almost every other order was significantly delayed (a week or more), one of them delayed so significantly that the product wasn't even cold by the time it arrived; boxes are frequently soggy because the ice packs had melted and weren't appropriately packaged; and now this, after 25 days and two complaints, my package has not arrived, nor have I received the refund I am due. I just spoke to Amazon and the customer service representative (very nice man) told me I have to wait 48 more hours since my last contact before they can intervene.I have spent a lot of money at this store, but their customer service in the last year has, for whatever reason, completely tanked. HerbsPro can't seem to handle cross-country orders.So, while I love this product, I recommend purchasing through other vendors (which would mean not on Amazon, unfortunately), as this one is careless and unreliable.
