The media could not be loaded. I got this for a gift for my husband and he loves it! He loves the way it’s laid out, and it really motivates and inspires him. It’s one book he has actually stuck with! Definitely recommend, especially for your sports loving dads in your life!

Tony does it right. He was able to put this together for a daily subject for the entire year. We use it as our teaching subject matter in our covenant group that meets on Thursdays. Well done and I really like the style and layout he uses.

Great book!

Easy read. Lots of life stories. Good for beginners in the faith.

Tony was a head coach for the Colts, and for a short time, the Buccaneers.I’m almost a month into doing this daily devotional and it’s really good! Highly recommend if you need something powerful & meaningful, but very short. (Each day is 1 page.)I used to think I would prefer a devo that has prompts like others I’ve done, but I’ve found I’ve been able to connect deeper because I’m writing down what God brings to mind instead of my thoughts being directed by prompts.I used to just do this with the Bible alone, but I like the focus it gives me on a single topic, always with scriptural back up. I can’t even tell you the number of times the devo I’m reading lines up with something going on that day or the day before. Plus, the football analogies are cool—like going behind the scenes!

Das Buch wurde von Tony Dungy geschrieben, welcher in den USA wohl sowas wie ein Star sein soll. Jeder Wochentag hat seine eigene Kategorie. So gibt es z.B. Familie oder Glaube. Jeden Tag gibt es ein Zitat aus der Bibel. Dann folgt ein Abschnitt mit ein paar Gedanken oder Geschichten des Autors. Am Ende kommt noch ein praktisch umsetzbare "Aktion", was mir persönlich sehr gefällt.
