The media could not be loaded. Had to replace the original glass pot twice due to kids breaking it, was so happy to find one that’s stainless steal! Works wonderfully, easy to use and clean, thick so I don’t worry about breaking if it falls, and good size. Coffee never tasted so good as this deal!

I dropped the Keurig K-Duo Plus Thermal Carafe that I got with my coffee maker on my tile floor which caused the handle to break. I ordered this one wondering if it would be the same and if it would work with my coffee maker. My worries were not needed! The carafe is exactly like the one I had before! It is well made and was affordable. I highly recommend this product.

I had to return this carafe. It was my fault why I had to return it. I didn't read the specs good enough and this carafe was not for my Keurig duo. But for the Keurig duo plus I would highly recommend it!

Hold 12 cups, does not fit under the kurig maker so you have transfer it but whatever. It keeps the coffee warmer longer.

I didn’t want to spend the extra for the Minja brand. This one works. It keeps coffee warm all morning. I turn off the warming plate on my brewer. The pot is a little bigger than the warming plate, but I don’t use it anyway.

I replaced the Keurig unit. While I can't address the single cup side of the unit because it was seldom used (I purchased the dual unit for the convenience of non coffee drinkers that may have wanted other beverages). The Carafe cracked for no reason after 2 or three month's use, after researching we found this model's carafe was subject to failure without warning after a very short usage period and posed a danger of breaking while full. The glass carafe is Not warrantied. No better quality replacement was available other than original that had a history of failures. All better quality replacement carafes were either to tall or to short. The main unit was also difficult to keep clean.I replaced this unit with a different brand after determining that a more durable replacement carafe was not available..

This was purchased as a replacement and it’s perfect and is exactly what was needed. Thanks Keurig.

Bought it bc my glass carafe shattered when I washed it with hot water and turned around to add ice to it let an idiot 🤦🏾‍♀️. Soooo I couldn’t find a ninja replacement for it. Saw on here where someone posted that it fit their ninja, so I wanted to try to see if it would work for my model and it does! Heck even the ninja top part fits the Keurig carafe. I took a pic of the ninja top fitting perfectly fine on the Keurig carafe. Quality seems to be good and it was easy to to clean.

It doesn’t fit my keurig machine, so that was disappointing, but I was fully reimbursed and told to keep it- so I donated it.
