Received. Nice, colorful, just wish they would use ruler on pic so one could tell size of print. It is really large size.

I’m very happy with this fabric. It’s butter soft and the print is crisp. Pretty much everything I wanted. I knew it would be very thin because I have travel size pillowcases made from mulberry silk that I got on Amazon. The fabric on those is showing no sign of use even though they get used a lot. I expect the same from this, pillow cases for my queen size pillows.I ordered a yard to see what it was like and then ordered a few more to complete my project.

This product looks nice, but it is not pure silk - if it is silk at all. It does not pass the burning test. Just look up the tests they show on YouTube.This product flames up, which silk does not do. And the burnt material, although not totally gummy, is not pure ash either. The residue is somewhat sticky, but also has ash. Which leads me to believe that it may actually have SOME silk in it, but I'm not sure if other materials, like cotton, might produce the same effect. The burnt part and the smoke also do not smell like burnt or singed hair. More like burnt plastic, but again, not entirely.I will not be buying from this vendor again.

This fabric is silk charmeuse, so it has a beautiful “hand” as they call it in the textile field of work. Unfortunately, their photo was done in poor enough lighting that I thought I was ordering a steel blue-gray background color. Instead, I received an off-white/beige/tans background color and print. This is not merely a “difference in monitors” issue at all. It is far enough off to actually be a completely different color, and browns and blues are completely different. I’m guessing they don’t actually have what I saw in the photo but I wish they did. Beige/Tans/browns I am not even attracted to and so this is a sad trip-up for me. But for those who like that color range, this fabric is gorgeous and high quality. They just need to correct this photo and not assume any old photo will do. This is not electronics or a toy. Colors are half the point when it comes to fabrics and clothing. Double check with them what the true colors are, and beware of ordering if you don’t get a quick response. People are often on Amazon for quickness in transaction and shipping. This said it was shipped from NY, so they could have sent it sooner than they did. Instead, it took a couple weeks and I am only one state away.

Every order of silk I've ordered is absolutely great quality. The patterns are so delicate and so very chinese pastel water colors. I'm in downtown LA and nothing like this is available. I've gone from shop to shop to shop and they all shake their heads. In the fabric district I can get quality silk for less, but these patterns are very similar to the gorgeous silks from period costumes and so ...$18/yd is what it takes. The only drawback is the shipping time -- but it is shorter than listed. It averages about 2 weeks not 6 weeks.

the fabric is lovely. Light weight and soft to the touch. However,I was a little disappointed in the floral prints. The pictures online show much more vibrant colo rs than the actual material. The colors in are more of a pastel and are significantly muted especially the yellows. The material would make lovely scarfs or piillow cases. I had intended to make pocket squares and was looking for more vibrant colors. I would order the fabric again but with the intent of making something in mute tones.

Received my order today, Order placed on Jan. 3, received order on Jan. 11, much faster than I expected.the fabric just as showed on picture. very satisfy with the quality of the fabric. I order five yards of the fabric, five yards come in one piece. very happy with it.
