Good Quality
I had a feeling they would look quite tacky (given their design) and hoped it would be decent quality. I was pleasantly impressed to see they look really well and are very decent quality. They look great on my kitchen and are not tacky at all. In fact they look what I paid for them

Very pleased with this set
The whole set looks really stylish and modern. My only negative comment is related to the microwave which is quite noisy. Otherwise easy to use .Delivery arrived sooner than expected so that also was a bonus!I've only had these for a week but so far all working fine and look great as a set too.Would reccomend.

Awful after sale customer service
Bought the Tower Rose Gold White Marble Kitchen Appliance Retro Stylish Set from Henrich Hardware Ltd. Set included a kettle which developed a fault whereby the automatic shut off did not work.Contacted seller as item was only 8 months old to arrange for a replacement to be sent. Explained that item was a fire hazard as it had boiled dry on a number of occasions. Was advised to send the item back at my own cost and pay £5 towards the postage of the replacement (which is ridiculous as the same store is offering free postage if you buy a kettle from them through the Marketplace). Was further told that as the item is over 6 months old "the burden is on me to prove that the product was faulty at the time the goods were deliveredIn practice, this may require some form of expert report, opinion or evidence of similar problems or defects across the product range.The retailer can also make a deduction from any refund for fair use after the first six months of ownership if an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful."Seller was really unhelpful - possibly the most unhelpful seller I have ever come across. I would avoid this seller at all costs.
