Arrived as promised. Quality door. Recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered 4 of these because the local wood yards didn't have time for individual customers.Door 1: Bottom hinge was installed wrong, causing the door to sag. Had to shim it. Not a huge deal.Door 2: Top corner is badly cracked. See video. The frame is also warped on the other side. Had to shim the bottom hinge to fix sagging.Door 3: Top corner cracked, slightly less bad than Door 2.Door 4: Still in its packaging, will update once I inspect it.These get delivered by CEVA, and it takes 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, CEVA has you sign that you received the door(s) in good condition before you can open the box and fully inspect them. (-1 star)Other than the above issues, the doors are almost great. The hinges should have been designed with screws closer to the center of the frame. As they are, drilling in 3-4" wood screws puts a twist on the frame and barely bites into the stud (-1 star).

Was a little concerned about ordering a door off the internet but it was the only place I could find this arch design. Turned out great. The noise reduction from the solid core is a lot better than the hollow core types I've purchased in the past.

This is a really pretty door, very nicely made, appears sturdy with holes for knob predrilled and nice frame. In my case, unfortunately, I am having to return it because the door is badly cracked; but I will consider buying another from this company
