I haven't tried using this with a PC at all, just the router. I had my fritz box router provided by my ISP and from what I'd read the firmware version may have caused me issues.To prevent this (I don't know if it would have been a problem) after reading reviews online about updating the fritz box software I tethered the fritz box to my phone in wi fi bridge mode and did an auto update, plugged in the modem to the USB and just works perfectly... I don't know about longevity, but it's been my main source of internet in a heavy use household with a decent 4G signal using a couple of cheap external aerials for 10 days now and haven't had any issues whatsoever, because of the price i was slightly dubious as it seemed a bit cheap, but very happy so far!Takes a full size sim card, running on GiffGaff network no issues.

Good product and easy to set up and get running on windows 10. You need to make sure the APN setting is correct for you sim card provider. I used a giffgaff card and my APN is giffgaff.com.I found the connection to be very slow indeed, but that is the fault of my mobile data (giffgaff) not the Huawei E3372h-320.They accept returns too.

Using an iphone 4s as a hotspot was faster than this Huawei E3372h-320. You can only connect 1 device. I don't know why product details mention a battery but this is a device that has no battery. It came with a Smarty sim card, I thought it's locked but it's not, it worked with Vodafone.

so i used this to supply a web connection when presenting in church. I am really very pleased with it and it is well worth the purchase to give roaming web access if you don't have it in the building . I always carry it with my laptop now

Easy to use - just worked.Negatives - poor documentation. Could it be that you just don't need it?Think the item was refurbished but the description did not mention it. lower price made it OK!

The device is ok, but is full overpriced, it seems it's out of stock everywhere.

This is a high-quality item but a 2020 design. It is blocked by Windows 11. It worked almost immediately on Windows 10: it appeared as a USB drive and installing the tiny autorun file then connected to mobile data. On a Fritz!box 7530 router admin portal, it said it was not working but showed a full green bar. I went away and it ate all my data syncing Dropbox so it was clearly working, even though the Fritz!box said it was not! I do not yet know if it will work reliably like this and connect to web pages however. There are no new Windows drivers on Huawei sites, and other ones on the web link to malware pop-ups (not the fault of this product).
