I've enjoyed a number of freeze-dried products from various sources, but I think these are the best I've had. So far, I have tried the Vanilla and Vanilla Dark Cherry. Both are creamy and full of flavor. I have to force myself to put them away (and save some for later). I'm looking forward to trying other flavors and some of the other products they offer. I ordered four bags (ordered two of one flavor by accident--but a happy accident, as it turns out). I'm barely finished with one bag, and already ordered a second batch.Definitely recommended if you enjoy freeze-dried products. And, if you don't or have never tried, this is a good brand to start.

Some dehydrated ice creams are cardboard crunchy and kinda gross. Not this! It melts in your mouth and the flavor is amazing!
