Focused by Fredi - All-Natural - Promotes Focus and Memory

I’ve been so excited to try this supplement. One; to support my amazing friend Chelsea, and two; because I watched it make such a difference for her!I’ve spent most of my professional career thinking it’s pretty normal to crash by mid-day. I’ve also considered myself to be an extremely organized person, however, I’ve never felt like I’ve had the focus I need to convert that organization into executing a lot of my tasks. That ended up taking a toll on my mental health, and I ended up resigning to the thought, "I just don’t have the energy that most people have."Enter Focused by Fredi. After my first month of taking Focused, the biggest difference for me is that I don’t seem to crash during the day. It took me a few days to notice, but after about a week I realized that I’d been breezing straight through my normal 2:30 crash! I drink my morning coffee mostly out of habit now, and don’t run out of energy by mid-afternoon. I’ve also noticed that I’ve turned a corner with my to-do lists and am able execute my tasks efficiently, allowing me extra time during my day to do something for me, which I also have the energy (and motivation) to do.Taking Focused by Fredi has resulted in a positive chain-reaction effect for me, and because of that I would recommend this supplement to anyone!Lastly, I also want to mention that the product arrived super quickly and the packaging is great! I love the glass bottle!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to give Focused by Fredi a try. I'd always been skeptical of supplements, but after a friend enthusiastically recommended that I should try these pills, I figured I'd have nothing to lose. Now that most of my work is completed remotely from my home office, getting through a full day had been a struggle.I'd started drinking more teas, coffee, and energy drinks to carry me over that midday valley of fatigue and diminished concentration. However, the boost of energy often came at the expense of jitters -- not to mention an even bigger crash nearing the end of my workday. When I started taking Focused, my perception of it was so subtle that I wasn't sure if it worked. (It takes a few days to get the full effect of it.) Around 4 or 5 days later is when I realized that I wasn't finding myself slogging through that typical midday valley. I found myself focusing longer than I had been before, powering through work, and reclaiming more time for my hobbies and home life.After taking Focused by Fredi for a full 30 days, I can say that this product delivers a subtle but noticeable boost to your day without the intrusion of downing streams of caffeinated beverages. Just be sure to give yourself time to get into the groove of it. Don't expect to feel the full effects instantaneously, but if you stick with it, you'll be satisfied that you did by the end of your first week.

I was so hopeful for this product to work. Maybe this isn't the right supplement for me but I literally have no changes in anything regarding memory/focus/energy levels when taking this product.

This product does work. At first it made me a little jittery but after a week I was used to it and it really does help me stay focused.

I wanted to use the full-month supply of Focused by Fredi before writing my review, in an effort to be fully transparent and also to truly get to know the product.Prior to Fredi, I was an avid coffee drinker (still am), but I’ve constantly known that there must be something missing in my energy routine. I often felt groggy in the morning, perhaps a little lazy or unfocused at times, and just overall had the feeling like I was only working / studying with about 80% efficiency.During my month of using Fredi, I immediately noticed how quickly my morning fog would disappear - it’s not instantaneous, but within 20-30 minutes I felt focused, energetic, and capable to have a productive day. Another thing that I noticed was that the energy sustained itself throughout the day, I no longer had any mid-afternoon crashes!Another fantastic part about Fredi is that there are no jitters, etc. In fact, I would argue that somehow Fredi accomplished the opposite: feelings of calm, empowerment, and focus all at the same time. Incredible!Overall, fantastic product. I consistently find myself operating at 90-95% efficiency when taking Fredi with a small breakfast. I recommend it!

Absolutely obsessed with Focused By Fredi. Incredible for improved memory, concentration and what I love also is that you just get in a groovy mood when you take it. So nice. Not all it’s cracked up to be. Coffee does the same for me. Not worth the price.
