I purchased the ring light in late April and have used it 5 to 8 times in the past 8 months. Unfortunately, the light stopped working. However, Laura from Customer Services reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue. I highly recommend this ring light as it works great, and I am very happy with the end result. The light is perfect for my needs, and I love how it makes my photos look. Laura was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She even sent me a replacement light, which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this ring light to anyone looking for a high-quality lighting solution for their photography & Meeting needs.

Surprisingly high quality for what you pay! Easy touch controls switch, you can change the light colors warm or daylight, soft or bright. It has dimmable function. It weighs nothing. It’s attractive by my desk where I work, not an eye sore- it’s pretty. Assembly wasn’t required or was minimal. Size of a desktop makeup mirror, really.

At first, the lamp worked well. I really liked the versatility for the price. I enjoyed it very much for a few uses.Unfortunately, after only a couple of months and no more than ten working hours of use, the lamp malfunctioned catastrophically. It got stuck in the maximum brightness setting and it won't stay lit for more than a minute. It became a paperweight.I used it with the recommended charger (5 volt 2 amp), connected to a surge protector, so the lamp should have been fine.When I contacted the email that came with the product to get customer service, they asked for the details about the order. I gave it to them and waited a couple of days with no response. After two more follow-up attempts, they finally responded that the box had been mislabeled. There was no other contact information. No further help was forthcoming. They wrote the following:Dear Sir/Madam，We are an authorized representative of the European UnionThis seller is not one of our authorised customers and may have misused our European representative contact labelWe suggest you contact the Amazon seller on the platform to deal with your issueThank you for your supportBest Wishes

This was easy to set up and the varying light options were terrific. Until today when it suddently stopped working. Purchased in March 2023, died in September 2023. I miss it. It certainly made video conferencing more pleasant.EDITED: The sellers went out of their way to make this right. They shipped a new lamp to me quickly, and when that delivery was delayed were even willing to send another. Fortunately, we didn’t have to do that. My ring lamp is once again shining on my desk, brightening my Zoom sessions and adding ambient light to the office.

Pros: Adjustable via the stand for height needed for lightingCons: The ring light itself shorted/faulted and will now not stay on. It has been a year; I expected this product to last much longer. Based on their webpage, it doesn't seem that I can replace the bulb portion only so now the light is nothing more than a paperweight.Company: If any company employees read this post and can offer a solution, I would appreciate it.Thanks

I was worried about having a light that would blind me but this has multiple settings & a softer light option. highly recommend. super ez to put together (I didn't even look at the instructions). base is also really sturdy (I was worried about my cat knocking it over but that won't be happening!)
