I just empty these and make my own or use plain water. The bottles are great and disposable plus they are each wrapped individually so you know they are sterile. I get the vinegar ones because I do not want any fragrance residue. I like how the water shoots out sideways. Comfortable to insert and use. And you can't beat the price only like $9 for 12 bottles

Didnt realize it was so many. Oh well, lifetime supply. I use to use these every month when I was younger but then went through menopause and didnt use them. Wasnt feeling very fresh so got these. Very shocked at how many their were. But did give me that fresh feeling back.
