Sturdy built and fast shipping
It arrived super fast and the built of this product looks really sturdy. I like the handle size, its easier to manage.The finished looks high endCan’t wait to have it installed.

Right tools for the job to fix all the leaks and not workings
Had to tighten or repair most of this shower kit. The head leaked, the knob to turn from head, handle, tub needed fixed. Had to tighten the connections to the inlet water.When purchasing. Have lots of tools and know how on how to fix this before even using

Nuts leaked with hole covers on.
Pipes leaked with hole covers on. Plumber had to leave off covers in order to tighten the nuts. This left the holes exposed. Other than that I love the look and functionality.

Cheaply made
No matter what we tried, this faucet leaked. We had to change out brand new O rings and it STILL leaks! Wouldn't buy again.

It's very cheap and flimsy
It had a hole in the pipe which will lead to leakage. Our contractor would not install due to it's poor quality. We were also not able to return after 30 days which makes it even more off putting in retrospect. Be careful buying plumbing and bathroom fixtures online, they are secondary vendors who are not quality checked by the merchant.

I was in need of a sprayer in my shower for medical reasons and seen this set it’s beautiful and the sprayer was perfect very easy to install

BOZO THE CLOWN ORANGE!!!!!
If you want copper this ain’t it! It wasn’t just “brand new copper penny”. It was screaming, metallic ORANGE. My husband and I opened the box together and when we pulled the covering back we both said at the same time’ “Oh heeeeeeeelllllll no!” It never even came out of the box. Obviously returned it. Keep looking.
