This stuff can be an absolute life savor when you are doofus like me and bite your tongue and inside of your lip all the time. The taste isn't bad, thankfully, and it really does get rid of the pain. You do have to reapply it, of course, because it goes in your mouth and you gotta swallow. I didn't need to tell you that.Anyway, it works well and thankfully it works to get rid of mouth pain FAST. Use a little Q-Tip or similar to place it and in a few seconds- BAM - you get relief. Price isn't bad at all, too. It's always good to keep around.

Really good for numbing the pain of an exposed nerve from a tooth that a dentist forgot to fix after they hollowed it out. I do suggest using before bed so you can fall asleep easier as it is a small bottle and lasts for only about an hour and a half at most

I had a toothache a month ago and ordered some Orajel. I'd never used it. It was effective, but the taste is really horrible. I used it once. It helped kind of deaden the pain, but I think part of it was your brain going "THAT STUFF TASTES AWFUL" and somehow motivating you to not use it again.

My pain was gone. This works great.
