Ordered with ease and arrived quickly. Quality appears good and are reasonable to swallow, quite a large tablet, there’s no odour and they taste fine. My doctor recommended that I get myself some multivitamin tablet after my VitD levels were low and I had been given a course of high dose. I think these will do the job and hopefully help with energy levels, health and general wellbeing.

On the mineral content, there is a fairly good range with the exception of no Iodine or Cooper,while the Selinium content seems on the low side,otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.
