I ordered the Mother’s Day hamper with next day Prime delivery to arrive on the Saturday, but it failed to arrive and missed Mother’s Day.The wine is not even a full size bottle and their were no sticky toffee’s in it as advertised and shown in the picture, these were replaced with a box of Thornton’s chocolates which my wife does not like & deliberately avoid them because of this.All in all, very disappointed to see our children’s main gift for their mum not arrive in time & was not as advertised. There is even a picture of a glass with “Mum” written on it, but you don’t get a glass! Not even £15 worth of items from Tesco in this, devastated!

Purchased this item as a gift for our very special friends 25th Wedding Anniversary. Really pleased when it arrived a day early! This feeling however was quickly replaced with complete disappointment. I decided to undo the hamper to arrange the items nicely. I am so glad I did. All the items seemed like miniature packets. Even the Prosecco was not a full bottle. I estimated that the cost of the items was no more than £10 or so. Having paid just over £40 I find this quite outrageous that it cost £25 - £30 for deliver, basket cellophane & a bow! I added a full bottle of Cava, large box of chocolates & some Chambord liqueur. Looks like a nice gift now! I won’t be buying any more. Such a shame.

Ordered as a gift but received Prosecco instead of the red wine I ordered and the biscuits that came were not as described. We received strawberry melts and Viennese whirls instead of chocolate biscuits and shortbread. Am very disappointed and will be making a formal complaint.

Beautiful hamper basket that comes wrapped and ready. Very ideal as a gift and was well received. When unwrapped it has little package fillers (bits of scrunched paper to ensure all the items are maintained) but the goodies were all in tact and very versatile. The person I gave the gift to was under the impression I had hand-selected all these bespoke, premium snacks! Great idea if you’re unsure what to buy for someone. Would purchase again.

This was a special birthday present to a team member they absolutely loved it. Easy to order delivered on time great products what more can you ask for. I've used Regency before and go back to them time and time again cause they are so reliable
