I would imagine cos they are use ionic materials

Yes i have very hard water where i live and this is great. So much better now with this. It helps relieve exema irritation too

And please insert the shower head from different side of the holder, because the holder will have different size of the place to put the shower head. You should never drink bathroom water as it’s not safe. You should probably fill a jug from the kitchen tap and pour from that into your daughters water bottle.
