I have used this for many months now and it still works perfectly. No issues at all. I would recommend to anyone.

I struggled to find a charger for my Surface Pro 4 after mine stopped working. I had a lot of problems finding one that worked. I ended up purchasing five, only two of which worked. Does its job nicely

Works great in terms of charging performance. The only thing that is slightly concerning to me is the fact that it gets hot to the touch while charging the Surface Laptop. Not too hot to touch, but beyond "very warm" to the point of crossing over into "hot", but not so hot that it burns, if that makes sense. Would I purchase again? Yes.

I bought this charger to replace my failing Surface Pro 4 charger because of the good reviews. The first version of the charger which was sent to me did not work on arrival. It was completely non-working. Luckily, a speedy replacement was provided by the seller which did work. However, after 3 months of use, the part of the charger which attaches to the Surface is now falling apart. The cap for the tip of the charger fell off without my knowledge. This morning a black plug attached itself to the Surface. After taking these pictures, I've had to completely duct tape the sides and top of the charger tip to keep the innards of the charger tip from falling out. Since this charger broke after the return period, I am stuck with this piece of junk. I have not been doing anything which would cause harm to the charger other than what I consider to be "normal use", such as putting it in a carryon bag for some travel, and using it everyday at a desk.
