awesome gardening shears!
These gardening shears are comfortably hefty and very sharp. They look and feel very premium. I like that they feature a screw and lock mechanism so if they ever wear loose you can tighten them back up (they are nice and tight when new). The safety lock also features two positions -- one keeps the scissors completely closed for safety, and the second position only lets them open partway, which makes them fit more comfortably in your hand when pruning smaller stems. The spring mechanism is nice because it does not pinch your fingers. I liked them so much I had to purchase a second one! Highly recommend.

Excellent shears.
Excellent shears. My second pair after losing the first. Wish the little lever to lock the shears closed was designed better----- it often catches during use and locks the blades shut. I have to keep reopening it with my thumb.

Nice cutting for small limbs and such
They are excellent at cutting, and that is really their only job. They do not open as well as I expect them to do. Cut something, and you might find yourself opening them with two hands. So, if you're doing a bunch of one handed cutting, you might be annoyed.I do know that there is an adjustment screw on these. I think that is to change how wide they open. If it is to change the strength of the spring that opens these, I stand corrected, and these deserve 5 stars.

I like it! It's one of my favorite tool in the garden. I put it away in my garden tools baskets right after each use and my husband thinks I'm trying to keep it for myself. Well, he is probably right. But, I just don't want to lose it because it works great without much effort. I'm not that young anymore so anything that doesn't require strength on my part to work then I like it.

Not bad
They are a bit too thick and blades aren't too sharp. Fine for some things, but if you do a lot of gardening, especially roses, you would be better off with something else.

Good but on the small side
These were smaller than I thought from the description. Shame on me. They are fine shears for minor pruning, but hard to grip for cutting larger and woodier stems. I will keep these and buy a larger pair for future jobs.

Impressive pruners
These are remarkably well-made for a Felco "knock-off" brand. They don't feel much different in my hand compared to the similar Felco and make an identical cut. The proof will be in the durability of the blade, but so far, I'm pretty impressed.
