To help you understand what your getting with this sauce, you should be aware that while this is a garlic sauce it is very bitter and it masks the garlic flavor even though you can taste it if you try hard enough. Im not familiar with moroccan foods but its based of that. The bitter flavor is tolerable but it I cant say its worthy of getting again. So this product will be liked by anyone who likes a their sauce to be a bit bitter, otherwise consider something else.

I found out why this was on sale. I'm normally a fan of garlic sauces, but this never should have made it to market, OR I just had a terribly-bad bottle. I'd avoid this.
